| 摘 要： | 化学气相沉积法（CVD）在线镀膜是镀膜玻璃生产的一种主要方法,其工艺过程包括物理过程和化学反应过程。本文主要分析在线镀膜主要的化学反应原理和在生产中应用,掌握其生产中发生的主要化学反应及原理对于稳定生产,提高镀膜玻璃质量具有十分重要的作用。
