程控微量供液系统的设计与控制

摘    要:介绍一种程控微量供液系统,可以为液滴分析系统提供流量稳定、可控的液体.该系统包括一个活塞式微量供液泵,单片机控制电路,以及基于LabWindows的上位机软件.通过特殊设计的机械结构,可以用一个电机实现活塞驱动和换向阀切换两种功能,从而降低了成本.单片机和上位机之间通过串口通信,可以用计算机操纵整个系统.

Abstract:To provide the liquid drop analysis system with steady and controllable liquid, a microflow-feeding system including a microflow-feeding pump, the circuit which is controlled by microcontroller and the computer software programmed with lahWindows is designed and achieved. The innovation that only one stepping motor in the system to both drive and switch can reduce the cost, which is ensured by the special design of mechanical structure. The microcontroller and computer can easily communicate through serial port, thus the system can be controlled by user with computer.
