| 摘 要： | 水资源可再生性理论研究 ,是水科学研究的前沿问题 ,也是水资源可持续利用研究的基础内容。本文针对流域水资源可再生性理论研究中几个基本问题进行探讨 ,主要内容包括 :1从水量和水质两方面探讨水资源可再生性的内涵 ,提出了水量可再生性和水质可再生性的概念及相互关系 ;2提出流域水资源可再生性的量化方法 ;3提出流域水资源可再生性理论研究框架

| Abstract: | Studying on renewable capacities of basin water resources is vital to water management on sustainable development. This paper studies some basic problems about basin water resources renewable capability. The main content includes: (a) According to the connotation of water resources, water resources renewable capability is subdivided into water quantity and water quality renewable capability. (b) The method to describe quantificationally water resources renewable capability. (c) The frame of the theory study are put forward. |
