越江盾构隧道纵向结构分析模型的改进及应用

摘    要:在盾构隧道等效刚度连续模型中考虑了环缝影响系数的影响,推导了改进模型的力学计算公式,建立了隧道纵向变形曲率及环缝变形与环缝等效刚度之间的关系.利用该模型对上海某越江隧道进行了工程应用分析.根据盾构隧道临界状态的变形界值,初步建立了越江盾构隧道纵向变形曲率半径与环缝张开量间的关系.计算表明:与地铁盾构隧道相比,越江隧道曲率半径的限值要求可适当放宽.越江隧道纵向变形曲率半径小于1.257km时,环缝张开量大于6mm,环缝密封止水措施失效,隧道会出现严重的渗水漏泥现象.越江隧道螺栓极限应力状态相应的环缝张开量为21.00mm,此时环缝连接破环,不能满足隧道的结构性安全要求.

Abstract:The equivalent-continuous rigidity model was modified by the introduction of circular seam coefficients for a shield tunnel. The basic assumptions and the formula for the model are given. A relationship between circular-seam deformation and circular-seam equivalent rigidity is developed. Cross-river shield tunnels in Shanghai area were analyzed with the model.
