摘    要:
用MARC/AutoForge软件对杯形件温引伸工艺进行了数值模拟 ,分析了凹模锥角及凸、凹模与工件之间摩擦系数对引伸工艺的影响 ,为杯形件温引伸工艺的制定提供了依据。

Abstract:
The warm drawing of cup is simulated by the FEM software MARC/AutoForge. At the basis of simulation results, the influences of drawing angle, friction coefficient between female die, punch and workpiece on the warm drawing of cup has been analyzed. The investigations provide basic foundations for the choosing of warm drawing process parameter of cup.
