熔铝炉用蓄热式烧嘴

摘    要:简要介绍了熔铝炉用蓄热式烧嘴技术的原理,熔铝炉采用该技术可使炉子热效率提高到50%左右,可实现烟气余热的最大回收,较好地解决了高温烟气余热回收中粉尘附着和侵蚀的技术难题;还结合生产实践对熔铝炉采用蓄热式烧嘴时应注意的一些问题,常见的故障及处理方法进行了讨论。

Abstract:The author explains the working principle of the regenerative burner applied in aluminum melting furnaces. The author points out an average of 50% of increase in heat utilization efficiency can be achieved by adopting such kind regenerative burners. The other major advantage of this burner is that it can well solve the problem of adhesion of high-temperature, furnace-exhaust dust and its resultant penetrative corrosion by comparison with other heat recovery method. The author, based on his own experience, gives a caution list in relative to the application of the regenerative burner in aluminum melting furnace and discuss some regular abnormal conditions and their solutions.
