摘    要:通过对水煤浆流变理论的研究,得出了影响水煤浆流变性最主要的因素是水煤浆浓度、温度和添加剂含量,并经实验得出了这些因素的影响规律。采用旋转粘度计法和工程管道阻力法能够确定水煤浆的流变特性,由实验可知,在水煤浆流变特性已知的条件下,根据流体流动理论可以计算出水煤浆在管内的流动阻力,便于在工程实际中推广应用。图5表2参7

.Research on the Rheology Theory of Water Coal Slurry and its Flow Resistance Characteristics in Pipes
Abstract:Through research on the rheology theory of water coal slurry,it is found that the main factors affecting its flow properties are its concentration,temperature and amount of additives.Rules that govern the influence of these factors were ecperimentally obtained simultaneously.Flow characteristics of water coal slurry may be obtained with the help of a ratating viscosimeter and engineering pipe resistance measurements.Experimental results show that,in case the flow characteristics are known,it is possible to calculate the flow resistance of water coal slurry in pipes with the help of the hydrodynamic theory,and generally use it in engineering practice.
