| 摘 要： | 主要介绍水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的研究现状,并从结晶原理、渗透2个方面分析了水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的防水机理,认为目前的沉淀反应原理和络合-沉淀原理都不能很好的解释水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的作用机理；认为活性化学物质主要是在浓度梯度、毛细孔压力作用下进入混凝土内部,并且在涂料涂刷初期活性化学物质主要是在毛细孔压力作用下快速进入混凝土内部;分析并提出了目前几种渗透深度检测方法存在的缺点和问题,以及水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料在应用领域需要解决的原理.
