摘    要:采用PLC可编程控制器控制,步进电机分度,实现自动分度、自动冲孔、送料、退料的轴承保持架自动冲孔模,解决了传统的轴承保持架侧孔冲孔模机械方式分度,分度精度低,累积误差大,废品率高,冲裁速度慢,生产效率低等问题。

Abstract:An automatic piercing of bearing retainer controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC) and graduated by step-motor is designed. The piercing can be used automatically graduating, punching, feeding, and removing. These problems of conventional piercing dies are solved including mechanical graduation,low graduation accuracy,large accumulative error,high reject rate, slow piercing pace,and low production efficiency.
