FeCo-Nd-B永磁材料的研制实验

摘    要:介绍液体冲击压实法研制FeCo-Nd-B永磁材料的实验过程。给出实测密度与喷嘴和离沉积物中心的距离的变化关系,热处理工艺对该永磁材料的内禀矫顽力值有明显影响。该实验得到氧化物含量低的坚固的大块产品,并有良好的各项同性的永磁特性的永磁材料。

Abstract:This article introduced the experimental process to develop the FeCo-Nd-B permanent magnet material in the way of the liquid impact compaction. The relations of real density with the spray noxxle and deposit centerave developed. The heat treatment on the properties has the obvious influence to the coercive force of this permanent-magnet material. This experiment obtains the firm bulk product with low oxide compound content and good homogeneous permanent magnetism characteristic.
