摘    要:新开发的提高鲁宁管输油渣油掺炼率的裂化催化剂CR0 0 5 ,在中国石油化工股份有限公司九江分公司Ⅰ套催化裂化装置上进行了工业应用。经过一年半的工业运转表明 ,管输油渣油掺炼率由原来的 2 5 %提高到 33% ,使催化裂化原料的价格下降了 5 0RMB $/t,标定结果显示主要技术参数达到了合同指标要求

Abstract:A newly developed catalyst to increase residue blending ratio in the FCC unit processing Lu-Ning pipeline oil has been commercially applied in No.1 FCC unit of Jiujiang Company. One year and a half running shows that residue blending ratio has been increased from 25% to 33%, so the price of FCC feedstock has decreased 50 RMB yuan/t. The evaluation result shows that main technology parameters of the catalyst have met the contract requirements.
