| 摘 要： | 根据带式输送机断带机理以及常用的横向断带检测技术现状,提出了基于光电编码器的速度方向检测方法.研制了一种新型输送带断带检测装置,对整个检测装置的软硬件进行设计,并在平煤五矿现场试验中应用效果良好.

| Abstract: | According to the belt broken mechanism of the belt conveyor and the conventional detection technology status of the belt lateral broken,the paper provided the detection method based on the speed direction of photoelectric encoder.A new belt broken detection device was developed and a design was conducted for the software and hardware of the completed detection device.The detection device was applied to the site trial in Pingdingshan No.5 Mine with good apllication results. |
