“共同缔造”理念下的村庄空间治理探索——厦门东坪山社工作坊的实践与思考

城市空间是实现国家治理能力与治理体系现代化的载体之一,“美丽厦门共同缔造”是厦门在社区治理创新的具体实践.以厦门东坪山共同缔造工作坊实践为例,解析“美丽厦门共同缔造”的工作理念、组织架构及工作坊的工作机制等.对东坪山村发展遇到的困境,以工作坊的方式通过创新规划工作机制、完善村庄组织建设、明确危旧房改造政策等方式不断推进东坪山村庄整治,为其他地区的社区治理提供借鉴.

Exploration of Village Spatial Governance under the Concept of Joint Creation

Urban space is one of the carriers of modernized governance system.The "Beautiful Xiamen Joint Creation" embodies local community governance innovations.This paper takes Xiamen Dong Pingshan as an example and analyzes of the working concept,organizational structure and working mechanism of "Beautiful Xiamen Joint Creation" program.The paper explains the difficulties encountered in the village development of Dong Pingshan,and how the innovative mechanism of "workshop" helped improve the village organization and clarified local regeneration agendas.The case can provide a reference for community governance in other regions.
