大鼠睑板腺腺泡上皮超微结构及连接装置的研究

摘    要:本实验采用透射电镜技术对12只成年雌性大鼠睑板腺腺泡上皮进行了观察,根据腺泡上皮的位置、形态、分化程度和超微结构特点,将上皮细胞分为5种类型:未分化的基底细胞、分化早期的过渡细胞、分化中期的过渡细胞、分化晚期的过渡细胞和成熟细胞。腺泡上皮由基底细胞分化为过渡细胞和成熟细胞,其超微结构有如下变化规律:细胞形态由扁平形→多边形→椭圆形;线粒体、高尔基器、滑面内质网和粗面内质网由少增多,然后逐渐减少;脂肪滴从无到有,由少增多;细胞核由椭圆形→圆形→不规则形;染色质由均匀分布到边集在核膜下,最后减少或消失。细胞连接装置除基底细胞与基底膜借质膜内褶相连外,其余部位细胞间以简单的相贴连接为主,可见少量镶嵌连接。

Study on ultrastruture and junction apparatus of acinar cell of the meibomian gland in rats

Abstract:The acinar epithelium of the meibomian glands were observed among 12 adult female rats by transmission electron microscope.The acinar cells were divided into 5 types according to position and morphology and stage of differentiation as well as their ultrastructure character.I.e.undifferentiated basal cell,early stage of transitional cell,middle stage of transitional cell,late stage of transitional cell and mature cell.The changes of the ultrastructure from undifferentiated basal cell to transitional cell to mature cell were shown as follows: epithelial cells change from flat into polygonal to long oval in shape;The mitochondria and Golgi apparatus and smooth surface endoplasmic reticulum and rough surface endoplasmic reticulum were from scarce into increased to decreased in number.The lipid droplet was from absence into appearance to increased in number;The nucleus change from long oval into oval to irregularly in shape;The chromatin change from homoqeneous distribution into along the nuclear membrane to decreased or disappeared in number.The basal surface of undifferentiated basa cell was joined to the basement membrane by thin plasma membrane infolding.Other neighboring cells were mainly linked to each side by side in simple ways.
