| 摘 要： | 针对于越来越多的企业，将手机短信作为工作中的一个重要工具这一需求。通过对现有的手机短信发送技术，以及企业的实际情况进行分析和研究。提出了基于JAVA的企业短信平台的构建思路以及方法。文中讨论了常用的手机发送技术，基于JAVA的实现方法，以及开源的手机短信发送软件JSMSEngine介绍。该短信平台已经应用于实际之中。实践证明，此短信平台开发简单，快速，费用低廉，维护容易。

| Abstract: | Since more and more enterprises begin to consider the mobile SMS as an important tool for work. According to the analysis of the technology of SMS and the requirements from enterprises, this paper presents the thought and method of constructing SMS platform based on JAVA. It consists of three parts: the technology of SMS, JAVA class and interface, the design and implementation of the platform. The platform has been applied to enterprises. It shows that the platform can been developed easily and quickly, with low cost and easy maintenance. |
