摘    要:
在实际运用中,由于热继电器电流整定不当及元件故障,出现电机长期过载损坏事故。针对这种情况,对电路进行改进,通过合理的设计电路,达到了有效防止因电路中某一元件故障而造成电压全压起动或长时间Y形下运行。

Abstract:
In the actual applications, due to inappropriate current setting for the thermal relays and failour of elements, there appears the accident of motor damage due to long time overload. Aiming at this situation, via reasonable design in the circuit, circuit improment is made, achieving effectively the protection against full voltage start or under long time Y type operation due to the breakdown of an element in the circuit.
