摘    要:曲轴在内燃机的运行中起着非常重要的作用,其工作环境要求其具有很高的强度和可靠性。运用ANSYS软件对l2V240内燃机曲轴进行有限元分析,确定其强度的薄弱部位,为曲轴结构的改进和设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:The crankshaft plays a very important role in operation of the internal combustion engine,whose strength and reliability must be very high because of its special work environment.The paper carries out the finite element method analysis for 12V240 internal combustion engine crankshaft using the software of ANSYS,its weak area of the crankshaft is ascertained.The results provide the theory basis for making improvement and design of the crankshaft.
