| 摘 要： | 介绍自定心色标挤出机头的结构和使用效果。这种机头可以配置在较大螺杆直径的挤出机上,具备挤制色标双色线的功能;使用时不必调节模具就能挤出具有较均匀的单边厚度的绝缘层。模芯和模芯杆采取锥面配合,拆装简便且容易抑制漏料。

| Abstract: | The construction and application of the self-centering cross-head of the extruder for colour-coded insulation are presented. The cross-head may be installed in an extruder with increased screw diameter and is capable of extruding bi-coloured insulation. Insulation with more uniform thickness of single layer may be extruded by using this cross-head without die adjustment. The tip and the tip pin are conically fit, which ensures easy mounting/dismounting and leak-proof. |
