大直径安全销单面剪切变形试验方法研究

摘    要:针对大直径安全销不适合用小直径安全销剪切试验方法的问题,以某大型设备的42CrMo大直径安全销为例,提出了大直径安全销单面剪切变形试验方法,并对实验结果与有限元分析进行了比较.结果表明所述方法是可靠的。

Abstract:In view of the situation in which the shear method for large-diameter safety pin isn't suitable for small-diameter safety pin, this paper puts forward the single-sided shear deformation experiment method for large-diameter safety pin, taken 42CrMo-diameter safety pin for example. The method is proved to be reliable by comparison between experimental results using it and the finite element analysis.
