| Abstract: | It is proposed and expounded that some main points of design and construction of a portal frame mill building with crane through cumulation and summarization of design,fabrication and erection of light steel mill buildings in a long period of time as well as via verification of actual projects,whose aim is to provide safer and more reliable structures with rational costs for similar projects. |
