SIS建设中的问题探讨

分析火电厂厂级监控信息系统(SIS)应用中存在的问题，提出因使用对象不明确造成工程中普遍存在功能和配置重复。指出SIS应用功能缺少考核方法，实时数据库使用不规范，功能设置与电厂运行存在差异，采购技术规范书待完善。结合各工程SIS概预算的投资情况和合同价格，提出SIS投资额差别大，费用不易掌握的具体情况，建议厂级监控信息系统在工程中应采取谨慎的态度。并对新建和扩建工程提出SIS建设的建议，探讨分别与机组分散控制系统(DCS)和电厂管理信息系统(MIS)合并的方案发展和应用。

Discussion on the problems in SIS construction

The paper analyzed the problems in application of SIS in thermal power plant and pointed out the following problems such as repetition and overlapping of function and distribution resulted from indefinite users, abnormal utilization of real-time data base and inconsistent function setting with plant operation, in addition, the purchasing specifications is to be completed. Based on the investment and contract price estimated for individual SIS projects, the paper pointed out that the total investment is quite different from each other and it is difficult to determine and control the construction cost. More important, it put forward a suggestion for SIS building and rebuilding and discussed the combination solutions and prospects of SIS with unit DCS and plant-level MIS.
