基于系统动态性的“工学结合”毕业设计教学研究

摘    要:用系统论动态性观点,分析了高职院校及企业系统在校企合作中的微观、中观及宏观结构变化,根据三个阶段不同特点分别构建立项式、双模方式、融合方式的"工学结合"毕业设计教学模式;重新认识弹性管理的内涵,提出毕业设计弹性管理办法;阐述质量标准及质量差距的含义,提出毕业设计评价的切入点和评价的基本原则。

Abstract:Based on the dynamic view of System Theory,this paper analyzed college's and enterprise's changes in micro-,meso-and macro-structures during the cooperation between college and enterprise.According to different features of the three stages,project initiating mode,dual mode and integration mode of work-learning integrated graduation project teaching have been developed respectively.Furthermore,flexible graduation project management measures are put forward based on a renewed understanding of flexible management;and basic appraisal points and principles are also proposed with the quality standards and gaps introduced.
