| 摘 要： | 介绍了上海某办公建筑基本概况和节能改造实施方案,对该建筑的围护结构、暖通空调系统、照明采光及室内环境进行了测评,分析了节能改造前后的实际能耗数据和经济效益,评价了节能改造的效果,同时为我国既有办公建筑改造效果评价提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | An existing office building in Shanghai is introduced,as well as the energy-saving retrofitting schemes. The building envelop, HVAC system, lighting and indoor environment are evaluated. Also, the real energy data and economic benefit with or without energy-saving retrofitting are analyzed. The real effect of energy-saving reconstruction is evaluated. The evaluation can provide reference for energy-saving retrofitting project of existing buildings. |
