HVAC Design for Jinmao Grand Hyatt Hotel in Lijiang

The construction and decoration characteristics of the tourist resort five-star hotel are briefly depicted, especially analyzed the requirements and features of HVAC design for dispersed-building resort hotel. The centralized or decentralized cooling and heating source design, MEP room ventilation, air conditioning and ventilation of the pool and SPA, the air flow organization design of the ballroom and multiple-function hall, the ventilation design in kitchen and laundry room are introduced and analyzed in details. It is pointed out that the tourist resort hotel MEP design should be integrated with the building and decoration design, considering both functional and architectural expression. The paper has a certain guiding significance for the HVAC design of the dispersed-building resort hotel.
