摘    要:为提高有机硅氧烷-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液聚合的稳定性,通过合成试验和乳液性能测试,研究了聚合温度、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A-151)加入方法、乳化剂种类及用量等对乳液性能的影响.结果表明,采用过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原引发体系、A-151后添加工艺,以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/乙烯基烷基酚聚氧乙烯磺酸盐(DNS6)为复合乳化剂,乳化剂质量分数为2.5%时,聚合反应的稳定性好,得到的硅丙乳夜粒径小且分布窄.以该硅丙乳液为基料配成的水性外墙涂料性能优良.

Abstract:In order to improve the stability of organsiloxane - aery-late copolymer emulsion, the effects of polymerization temperature, adding method of Vinyltriethoxysilane, typt; and concentration of emulsifier on polymerization stability were investigated by synthesis experiment and performance testing. It is shown that the polymerization stability of siloxane - acrylic microemulsion is improved and the particle sizes o emulsion are small and narrow distributing while employing redox initiator, shortening polymeric time of Vinyltriethoxysilane, and using 2. 5 wt % nixed emulsifiers of sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) /vinyl alkylphenoi polyoxethylene sulfonate (DNS6) . The waterborne exterior wall coatings made of above siloxane - acrylate emulsion has excellent properties.
