摘    要:在现代电力系统中,随着电网规模的增大,配电网的安全与可靠性问题日益突出。当系统发生短路故障时,短路电流远远大于线路正常运行时的额定电流,对配电网的运行带来了极大的危害。为了有效地限制短路电流,本文提出了基于电压源型变流器的SMES-FCL结构以及该结构的控制策略。其中,超导磁储能系统 (SMES) 拥有很高的功率密度,用于平抑系统中的功率波动。故障限流器 (FCL) 与SMES共享一个超导磁体,用于削弱故障线路上的短路电流。最后运用改进的粒子群算法和层次分析法,实现了对SMES-FCL组合装置的参数优化。仿真结果表明,本文提出的SMES-FCL组合装置的控制策略在简化控制结构的情况下,能够削弱系统中短路电流,并对另一系统的功率波动进行有效的平抑,实现了配电网的主动保护。

Abstract:In the modern power system, the security and reliability of the distribution network is becoming more and more serious with the increase of the power grid. When a short-circuit fault occurs, the short-circuit current is far greater than the rated current of the circuit, which brings great harm to the operation of the distribution network. In order to limit the short circuit current, a novel structure of the combined device SMES-FCL based on the voltage source converter and the control strategy of the structure were proposed. Among them, superconducting magnetic energy storage system (SMES) has high power density, and usually it is used to stabilize power fluctuation. The fault current limiter (FCL) share the superconducting magnet with SMES, which is used to weaken the short-circuit current in the fault line. The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to attain the optimal initial parameters of the combined device SMES-FCL. The simulation results show that the combined device SMES-FCL presented in this paper can weaken the short-circuit current while smoothing the power fluctuation of another AC system effectively and simplify the traditional control structure. The active protection of distribution network is also realized.
