摘    要:针对高渗透率光伏接入的配电网电压越限和经济运行问题,提出了有功无功协调优化的方法。分析了电压约束条件下的光伏有功出力限值,研究了高渗透率光伏接入的配电网电压越限机理,提出了综合考虑光伏有功出力和网损差值的净出力指标,以最大净出力为目标函数,计及敏感节点电压约束,建立了光伏有功出力和网损的综合优化模型。算例分析验证了该方法的电压控制能力和优越经济性,且其经济性随光伏有功出力增大呈现“先增后减”变化特征;一般场景下优化模型运行于最大功率点的最小网损方式,极端场景下则调整少量光伏有功出力满足电压约束。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of overvoltage and economical operation of distribution network with high photovoltaic (PV) penetration, an optimization method based on active and reactive power coordination is proposed. It analyzes the limitation of active power output under the voltage constraints, studies the voltage regulation mechanism, and develops an index named pure active power output. Considering the voltage constraints of special nodes, and taking the maximum pure active power output as the objective function, the integrated optimization model of active power output and losses is established. The numerical simulation results demonstrate the voltage control capability and superior economy, and the economy presents the characteristics of ascended firstly and then descended with the increase of active power output. The proposed optimization model running at the minimum losses mode under the maximum power point in common scenario, and adjust a smll amount of active power output to meet the voltage constraints in extreme scenario.
