摘    要:在碳中和背景下,高比例新能源消纳和减排目标的实现要求打破不同能源间的壁垒,进行多能源联合优化调度。电转气技术在消纳新能源的同时也捕捉固定碳。本文基于含电转气、电制热、热电联产、燃气轮机等设备的电、气深度耦合的园区多能源系统,提出考虑用户舒适度的联合热、电需求响应和碳交易成本,并以园区运行成本最低为目标,建立园区多能源系统联合经济调度模型。在满足用户舒适度前提下充分发挥联合热、电需求响应潜力,利用多能互补,源、荷互动,提高新能源消纳的同时降低园区运行成本。最后,通过仿真验证了该模型能有效降低园区运行成本、提高新能源消纳能力。

Abstract:Under the background of carbon neutrality, the high proportion of new energy consumption and the realization of emission reduction targets require breaking the barriers between different energy sources and carrying out the joint optimization of multi-energy dispatching. Power to gas technology absorbs new energy and captures fixed carbon. Based on the deep coupling of electricity and gas in the multi-energy system of the park, including power-to-gas, electric heating, cogeneration of heat and power, gas turbine and other equipment, this paper proposes the joint thermal and electric demand response and carbon transaction costs considering the user comfort, and establishes the joint economic dispatching model of multi-energy system in the park with the goal of minimizing the operating cost of the park. On the premise of satisfying user comfort, it gives full play to the potential of combined thermal and electric demand response, utilizes multi-energy complementarity and interaction between source and charge, so as to improve the consumption of new energy and reduce the operating cost of the park. Finally, the simulation results show that the model can effectively reduce the operating cost of the park and improve the new energy consumption capacity.
