大黄中蒽醌类成分的药代动力学研究近况

摘    要:蒽醌类成分是大黄的主要药效成分,具有广泛的药理作用。研究其药代动力学过程,对指导其临床用药具有现实意义。而药动学研究的顺利开展有赖于选取恰当的样本前处理方法,建立合适的分析方法。分类介绍了大黄中蒽醌类成分的体内分析方法,并探讨其药代动力学的影响因素。

Abstract:Anthraquinones exerted multiple pharmacological actions, which were the principal active components from Rhubarb. The study on their pharmacokinetics could be helpful to guide the clinical medication. The success in the study was based on the establishment of a good biopharmaceutical analysis method. The biopharmaceutical analysis methods for anthraquinones were summarized. The influencing factors on their pharmacokinetics were also discussed.
