摘    要:为解决网络采样模式下继电保护对时钟设备的依赖,分析了过程层直采直跳和网络采样模式下的同步原理,找出了网络采样模式下出现同步问题的原因,并提出了网络采样模式下时钟系统的改进方案。在主时钟系统架构方面提出了冗余配置方案;在时间调整机制方面提出了时间逐步调整方案;针对IEEE-1588对时技术提出了交换机边界时钟方案。通过实际工程的测试,验证了该方案在同步可靠性、同步精度和长时间运行误差方面均满足继电保护的要求。该同步方案的应用将提高网络采样模式下继电保护的独立性和可靠性,为过程层网络采样的同步系统提供了改进方案。

Abstract:In order to solve the dependence on the relay protection system in the network sampling mode, the process of direct sourcing layer and sampling mode synchronous network is analyzed to find out why the synchronization goes wrong with network sampling technology. An improved clock system is then proposed in the network sampling mode. A redundant configuration scheme is presented for the main clock system architecture and the gradual adjustment scheme for the time adjusting mechanism is also proposed. The switch boundary clock scheme is put forward for IEEE-1588 technology. Actual engineering tests have validated that the scheme proposed is up to requirement with respect to relay protection of synchronization reliability, synchronization precision and long-time operation error. Application of the synchronization scheme is able to increase the independence and reliability of relay protection in the network sampling mode while making further improvement on the synchronization system of process level network sampling.
