摘    要:介绍用于非圆截面零件车削的刀架系统。该刀架系统主要由直线电机驱动,以8098单片机为主控制器,采用软件技术实现PID控制参数的智能化自动整定,实现高频响、大位移、微进给的完美统一。

Abstract:This paper presents a linear servo tool holder system to machine workpieces with noncircular cross sections It works mainly with the linear motor,uses 8098 single chip microcomputer as its main controller and uses software technique to make automatic adjustment of PID control parameters intelligently,which leads to a perfect integration of high dynamic response,long travel and micro-feed
