摘    要:使用生产大磨和实验室小磨两种粉磨系统分别制备了比表面积相近的水泥试样,主要从水泥强度、与外加剂的相容性以及粒度分布等方面进行了对比分析。结果表明,在比表面相近的情况下,小磨试样比大磨试样的细度粗得多,细度不仅影响水泥强度的发挥,而且影响水泥的凝结时间和与外加剂的相容性。

Contrast test study on propeities of cement prepared by testing mill and industrial mill
Abstract:The cement samples with similar specific surface area were prepared by industrial mill and testing mill separately, the cement strength, the compatibility of cement with additive and particle size distribution etc were analysis comparatively. The results showed that fineness tested by sieving with similar specific surface area prepared by testing mill were coarser than industrial mill. Then, not only cement strength, but also setting time and the compatibility of cement with additive, would be affected by fineness.
