摘    要:传统的单纯员工绩效管理无法起到长期有效激励与调动员工的效果。中国移动面对话音市场趋于饱和与移动宽带市场的激烈竞争环境,将个人绩效与组织绩效有效融合,运用绩效管理创新来支撑和推动企业发展。以绩效文化为研究主线,结合文化促进激励、闭环管理强化执行力、能力提升促进发展的理念,通过岗位职责分析、完善绩效管理流程、制度、体系及管理工具,塑造绩效文化,推动公司绩效管理提升。

Abstract:The traditional pure employee performance management can not encourage the staff effectively.Facing the saturated market of voice services and the fierce competition,China Mobile has integrated the individual performance with the organizational performance as well as supports and promotes the company development by innovative performance management.This paper mainly studies the performance culture.Combining with the concept of culture promoting encouragement,closed-circle management enforcing execution and capability promoting development,it puts forward that through analyzing the job responsibility,completing the performance management process and system and shaping performance culture,the corporate performance management will be improved.
