摘    要:以LiOH·H_2O为锂源,采用高温固相法合成LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_2正极材料,研究合成温度对产物微观形貌和脱锂行为的影响。XRD及SEM分析可知:产物为α-NaFeO_2型层状结构,未发现杂质。在800℃下,合成产物的电化学性能良好,在3.0~4.3 V充放电,电流为28 mA/g时的首次放电比容量为172 mAh/g,第100次循环的比容量为159.4 mAh/g。

Abstract:Using LiOH · H2O as the Li-source,LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cathode was synthesized via high-temperature solid-state method.The influence of the synthesis temperature on the micro-morphology and Li-intercalation behavior of the product was investigated.The phase composition and microstructure were analyzed via XRD and SEM.The crystalline structure was α-NaFeO2type and no impurity was detected.The sample synthesized at 800 ℃ exhibited the best electrochemical performance.In the range of 3.0-4.3 V,the initial discharge capacity was 172 mAh/g,when the discharge current was set up at 28 mA/g.The discharge capacity was 159.4 mAh/g at the 100th cycle.
