中小企业企业文化建设的重要性及可行性

我国很多中小型企业领导在努力加强企业文化建设,但也凸显了一些问题,有些甚至相当普遍,如管理者对企业文化缺乏正确的理解与认识,企业文化与企业经营活动缺乏紧密联系,企业文化缺乏个性,缺少创新精神等。针对这些问题进行分析,提出了:"重思想建设、强员工素质教育、丰富建设手段和融入新观念与技巧"的企业文化建设方法,旨在创新企业文化建设。

Importance and feasibility of corporate culture construction for small and medium-sized enterprises

The construction of enterprise culture was enhanced by many small and medium-sized enterprise leaders,but some of problems were highlighted,some of which were quite common.Such as the correct understanding and cognizing being ignored between managers and enterprise culture,lack of connection between enterprise culture and business,lack of individuality and innovative spirit.In view of these problems,emphasizing ideological building,strengthening staff's education for all-round development,enriching the culture building methods,integrating new ideas and skills were proposed in order to innovate the construction of enterprise culture.
