无人机用高电压钴酸锂的制备及性能

摘    要:
用机械球磨-高温煅烧法制备钴酸锂(LiCoO_2),然后进行磷酸铝(AlPO_4)包覆。XRD、SEM和电化学性能测试结果表明:制备的LiCoO_2为二次颗粒结构,表面有均匀的AlPO_4包覆层。在3.00~4.50 V以1.0 C充电、2.0 C放电,包覆AlPO_4材料第50次循环的放电比容量由未包覆材料的137.0 mAh/g上升到166.6 mAh/g。包覆处理可提升正极的热稳定性和高电压高温持续充电的时间,从而提高电池的高温安全性能。

Abstract:
Lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO2) materials were synthesized by a mechanical ball milling-high temperature sintering method,and then coated with aluminum phosphate (ALPO4).The results of XRD,SEM and electrochemical performance tests indicated that the prepared LiCoO2 was secondary particle morphology coating with uniform AlPO4 on the surface,and electrochemical performance was elevated remarkably.When charged with 1.0 C and discharge with 2.0 C in 3.00-4.50 V,the specific discharge capacity of the material coated with AlPO4 in the 50th cycle was increased to 166.6 mAh/g from 137.0 mAh/g of the uncoated material.The thermal stability of cathode and continuous charge time at high temperature and high voltage were increased via the coating treatment,thereby the safety performance of battery at high temperature was improved.
