等体积砂浆法再生混凝土抗裂性能的影响试验研究

摘    要:研究了不同再生粗骨料取代率分别对传统方法配制的再生混凝土和等体积砂浆法配制的再生混凝土的抗裂性能的影响;在相同再生粗骨料取代率下,传统方法配制和等体积砂浆法配制对再生混凝土的抗裂性能的影响;不同粉煤灰、玄武岩纤维掺量对等体积砂浆法再生混凝土的抗裂性能的影响,并对其影响机理进行了分析。通过调整粉煤灰和玄武岩纤维的掺入量,确定其在等体积砂浆法再生混凝土中的最佳掺量。试验结果表明:随着再生粗骨料取代率增加,传统方法配制的再生混凝土和等体积砂浆法配制的再生混凝土试件开裂总面积均增大,但等体积砂浆法配制的试件开裂总面积小于传统方法。粉煤灰和玄武岩纤维掺量越多,等体积砂浆法配制的再生混凝土开裂面积越小。

Abstract:The influence of different recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate on the cracking resistance of recycled concrete prepared by traditional method and equivalent volume mortar method is studied.Under the same recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate,the influence of traditional method and equivalent volume mortar method on the cracking resistance of recycled aggregate concrete.The influence of different fly ash and basalt fiber content on the cracking resistance of recycled concrete was analyzed,and the influence mechanism was analyzed.By adjusting the mixing amount of fly ash and basalt fiber,the optimum amount of recycled concrete in equivalent volume mortar method is determined.The test results show that with the increase of replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate,the total cracking area of recycled concrete prepared by traditional method and equivalent volume mortar method increases,but the total cracking area of recycled concrete prepared by equivalent volume mortar method is smaller than that of traditional method.Fly ash and basalt fiber with certain proportion mixed into recycled concrete,can effectively reduce cracking area of recycled concrete prepared by equivalent volume mortar method and improve cracking resistance of recycled aggregate concrete.
