基于相干分析的复杂船舶系统噪声源识别方法研究

摘    要:本文首先介绍了常相干分析、偏相干分析和重相干分析等相干分析理论;然后针对复杂的船舶机械系统,提出了多输入单输出系统低频线谱噪声源识别和分离方法;接着基于典型船舶系统振动噪声测试结果,开展了系统低频线谱噪声源的识别和分离,得到了系统主要低频线谱的来源。实际工程应用表明,本文提出的噪声源识别方法,提高了工程中振动噪声问题治理的效率和准确性,为复杂船舶系统噪声源治理提供有力支撑。

Noise Source Identification for Complicated Mechanical Systems of Ships based on Coherence Analysis
Abstract:The brief concept of coherence analysis technique is presented in the paper. Aiming at complicated mechanical system, an identification and separation method of noise sources is derived by means of coherence function, partial coherence function and multiple coherence function. Based on the practical vibration and noise testing results during the operation of typical ship mechanical system, the proposed method is applied to identify and separate the resource of underwater line spectrum noise. Engineering applications show the proposed method can improve the efficiency and accuracy in dealing with abnormal noise problems of ship complicated mechanical systems.
