| 摘 要： | 在人才类型分析的基础上,结合《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》对高职高专人才培养的总要求,通过对我国550多家风景园林行业(企业)对专业人才知识和技能的需求分析,对比分析现阶段我国风景园林专业人才培养存在的实际问题,提出解决办法。为论证研究处理高职风景园林人才培养目标定位、人才培养规格、行业人才需求分析、人才培养方案、人才培养规模等提供理论依据,为校企联合办学模式研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | According to the talent type analyses,and the general requirements for the higher vocational college talent training by the National Outline for Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Develop-ment （2010-2020）,practical issues for landscape architecture professional talent training at the present stage in China was analyzed by comparing the talent type needs in more than 550 landscape architecture enterprises.Solutions to them were proposed.The research provides a theoretical foundation for the tal-ents training objective,the training standard,the demand analysis,the personnel cultivating program and the training scale of the higher vocational landscape architecture education.It also can provide a refer-ence for the study of the school enterprise joint education model. |
