AI型离心鼓风机组的故障诊断与处理

摘    要:根据对AI800-1.28型离心式鼓风机进行振动监测和频谱分析,指出电机负载端滚动轴承座内孔磨损及联轴器轴心对中不良是引起机组电机振动超标的主要原因,通过采取电机轴承座内孔热喷涂修复工艺及提高机组安装找正精度等措施,消除了鼓风机组故障,保证了机组可靠稳定的运行。

Abstract:According to the vibration monitoring and spectrum analysis about AI800-1.28 centrifugal blower unit,the major causes for over-standard vibration of electric machine of AI800-1.28 centrifugal blower unit are poor alignment of coupling axis and inner bore abrasion of rolling bearing block of loading side of electric machine,which are pointed out in this article.By adopting the measures like using repairing technology of thermal spraying for inner bore for bearing block of electric machine,improving the align...
