| 摘 要： | 在比例方向阀控缸气动位置伺服系统中，置中电压是影响控制精度的重要因素之一，研究了置中电压对比例方向阀控缸气动位置伺服系统响应精度的影响，根据实验结果，对影响原因进行了分析，指出要提高比例方向阀控缸位置系统的精度，必须正确确定阀的置中电压。

| Abstract: | In pneumatic position servo system with proportional directional control valve and control cylinder,the centre adjust emt voltage is one of the important factors that influence control precision. The thesis studied the centre adjustment voltage that influenced the pneumatic position servo system control precision. Based on the experiment result,the cause of influence was analyzed,and the paper brought forward the precision of the pneumatic position servo system by the proportional directional control valve should be assured by the centre adjustment voltage of the control valve. |
