| 摘 要： | 从电话网话务量定义为切入点，指出当前工程设计过程中一般采用的基础话务量调查、统计、取定的办法和存在的问题，提出了话务量全年波动性研究分析的设想及其意义，并就近期电话网工程设计中涉及到的几个重要问题进行探讨并提出建议。

| Abstract: | It starts with the definition of traffic in telephone network and points out the method of survey, statistics and ration of traffic and the existing problems in engineering design. It also makes an imagination of research and analysis on traffic waving for a whole year and presents its significance, and discusses some critical opinions on latest telephone network projects and gives suggestions. |
