摘    要:红土镍矿资源的处理在过去的很长一段时期内一直存在着能耗高,金属回收率低,辅助材料消耗大,资源未充分利用,排渣占地等问题;其高效利用在产业化上存在困难。现江锂公司利用其自创的低压酸浸资源高效利用技术在保证镍回收的基础上,综合回收出红土镍矿中的镁、硅、铁等有价资源,使红土镍矿资源的高效利用产业化得以实现。

Abstract:There have been a lot of problems in the processing of nickel laterite resources,such as high energy and auxiliary material consumption rate,low recovery ratio of metal,ineffecient utilization of resource waste,large occupation of land for slag pilling and so on for a very long time.The problem stands in the industrialization process regarding the efficient utilization of nickel laterite resources.The good news is that now Jiangxi Jiangli Sci-Tech Co.,Ltd makes the efficient utilization of laterite nickel ore resource in industrialization to a reality with low pressure acid leaching technology of their own,which recovers magnesium,silicon,iron and other valuable resources comprehensively out from the nickel laterite ore,on the basis of ensuring the nickel recovery.
