摘    要:分布式能源的大规模接入与电动汽车的普及使主动配电网的潮流波动更加剧烈。并且随着智能电网中技术的发展,配电网动态重构的频率将会进一步提升。以减少网络损耗、优化网络潮流为目的,提出一种主动配电网运行重构策略。对配电网重构模型与各元素建模分析,考虑时空分布的EV负荷与计及出力波动的风电、光伏电源;采用多场景模拟技术针对EV负荷与DG出力预测的不确定性进行若干离散联合概率场景的分解;为了使原始非凸非线性问题能够求解,采用二阶锥松弛技术对其进行优化,将问题转化为混合整数二阶锥规划(MISOCP)问题。算例结果证实了所提模型的有效性、鲁棒性与准确性。

Abstract:Currently, the widely deployment of distribution generation and electric vehicle may lead to power fluctuations of active distribution network. Along with the development of technologies in smart grid, the distribution network reconfiguration frequency may be further increased. Therefore, an hourly reconfiguration strategy is presented to minimize daily network losses and optimize power flow. Time-varying load as well as spatial-temporal EV load, wind and photovoltaic generation output are taken into consideration in the model. For the uncertain of EV load and DG output forecasting, several discrete scenarios with joint probability are divided by using the multi-scenario simulation technique. The second-order cone relaxation technique is adopted to convert the original nonconvex nonlinear problem into a mixed integer second-order cone programming problem. Finally, experimental results verify the effectiveness,robustness and accuracy of the model.
