| 摘 要： | 随着我国房地产业的发展,房地产市场与金融运行乃至整个国民经济运行之间的相互影响日益显著。自2007年开始,针对房地产市场过热的问题,中国人民银行实行了从紧的货币政策,由于流动性过剩造成的房价上涨惯性,政策效应在半年后才开始显现。而此时,宏观经济环境已经发生了明显的变化,国内经济压力已经由过热和通胀转向对经济下滑的担忧，宏观经济政策由“防过热、防通胀”转向“保增长”。

| Abstract: | Under the background with the domestic economic policy adjustment and the conditions of international economic depravation, to correctly judge the development status of Chinese real estate market and analyze the interaction between real estate market and financial operation, which has a great significance for steadily implementing the policy adjustment on real estate, preventing the real estate bubble and financial risk and promoting the healthy development of real estate, economy and finance. |
