摘    要:针对无人机载用红外光学系统的特殊要求,借助二元面、非球面以及新材料硫系玻璃GASIR2的使用,针对面阵为320×240、像元间距38 m的氧化矾探测器,成功设计了一个在-80℃~+120℃的温度范围内完全被动消热的长波红外光学系统,系统F#为1、焦距17.5mm、视场40×30、总长46mm。与同类系统对比,其主要特点是采用的光学元件少、体积小、重量轻、像质佳。

Abstract:According to the specific requirements of infrared optical system that was used in Unmanned Air Vehicle, in this paper, an infrared optical system for 8 to 12 μm waveband is designed based on the VOx 320×240 FPA with the distance between pixels of 38 μm. By using binary surface, aspheric surface and new material of GaASIR2, the technology of optical passive athermalization is applied to eliminate the influence of temperature effect at -80℃ to +120℃.The system has the F-number of 1, the effective focal length of 17.5 mm, the field of view of 40°×30°and the total length of 46 mm. Compared with other like products, the system has the merit of less optical element, smaller volume, lighter weight and higher imaging quality.
