摘    要:对动车组3人座椅的几何模型,通过简化建立了底架结构的有限元模型.根据试验标准,采用U形加载方式对座椅底架进行有限元仿真分析,得到座椅底架前纵梁试验点的挠度和应力.仿真分析表明,所得数据都在安全范围内,可为座椅骨架的设计提供参考.

Abstract:The FEA model of three-people seat underframe in the motor train unit was established.According to requirement of factory and experiment,U-shaped loading method was used to analyze the seat underframe and get the deflection and stress of test point on the front longeron.The data resulted from simulation analysis are within the safety range and may be referred to for the seat framework design.
