浅议水电站水工建筑物维护项目的标准化管理

The Standardization of Project Management for The Hydraulic Structures of Hydropower Station

The effect of hydraulic structures in the task of the power generation is auxiliary,the hydroelectric project managers are careless about the maintenance of hydraulic structures,and the intensity of management is not meet the requirements,these affects the operating safety of the hydropower station electrical and mechanical equipment.the paper expunds how to standardize the project management of the hydraulic structures from three aspects of maragement,work,and technical standard,in order to improve the project management level and promote the operation environment of hydraulic structures,thus provide safeguard for hydroelectric power station safety operation.
