摘    要:提出了原油蒸馏塔新的工艺设计方法 ,用侧线汽提塔再沸器代替汽提水蒸汽 ,实际算例证明 ,可以减少塔内气液相负荷、增加处理量、降低能耗、减少污水排放量

New Method of Crude Oil Distillation Tower Design
Abstract:A new paper method of the crude oil distillation tower design was presented in this paper.Two kinds of calculation results were given, with the in situ data of crude oil distillation tower of refinery. The 1st kind of results was obtained based on the traditional method of the crude oil tower design with the stripping steam used in stripper. The 2nd one was obtained with the new design technology which the stripper reboiler was used instead of stripping steam. Comparing the two cases, it was easy to find that the new method could reduce vapor-liquid flow rate and improve processing capacity(see data in table 1), decrease energy consumption, increase economic benefit and cut down outflow rate of oily waste water.
