注入水水质地层伤害因素室内研究

摘    要:应用室内岩心模拟试验和薄膜过滤试验,研究了注入水中固体悬浮颗粒和乳化油的含量及悬浮颗粒粒径与其造成的地层伤害的关系,分析了构成地层伤害的相关机理。研究结果表明,固体悬浮颗粒浓度对地层伤害影响程度远大于含油量的影响。建议注入水中固体悬浮颗家度应严格控制在5mg/L以下,含油浓度可控制在10mg/L以下。

Abstract:The relationships among suspended solid particles,content of emulsified oil and particle size as well as formation damage caused by them and related mechanism of the formation damage are studied by experiments of core simulation and membrane filtration The results indicate that the damage caused by the concentration of suspended solid particles is far more serious than the one caused by emulsified oil content It is suggested that the concentration of solid particles would be controlled within 5 mg/L,oil concentration would be controlled within 10 mg/L
